Every engagement begins with a written scope agreed before work starts. The scope describes the services, deliverables, timeline and reporting. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately, so there are no surprises.

We report real data and explain what we can and cannot control. Retailers and search engines set their own algorithms and policies, so specific rankings or sales outcomes are never guaranteed by any reputable marketer.
